Doggy Desk: The Corporate Canine Workplace

Hi guys! Have you missed me? Mom has been sick for the last couple weeks so for the most part, I have been coming to work then heading right home. Not too much time for fun. I hope that she gets better soon, since I am missing going out after work. Not that home is not sweet, but I am getting cabin fever! Last night, mom, dad, uncle Kevin, uncle Dan and auntie Jess went to play volleyball, so I got to spend the night with cousin Mickey and Gus. I thought mom was going to take me with her, so I jumped into the bag…

I realized pretty quickly that she was not going to take me, so I jumped out of the bag…and of course Gus hopped in. He hung out there for a long while, even though I tried to tell him that none of us would be going with them. 

I like sleeping over and playing with cousin Mickey and Gus, but I’m ready to go home and sleep in my own bed. Home Sweet Home.

Tater here! Can you believe that it’s already Wednesday?! Almost my birthday - next Monday for those that don’t know. I finally got some pictures from my weekend at Grammy’s. On the last weekend of the summer we had a ROYAL RUMBLE! The battle between me and Gus was fierce! Mickey was on his leash so he was rooting for the top dog and playing the referee:

Gus definitely put up a hard fight and I tried with all my might to take down the pint-size giant! In the end it was a draw.  But I think he should have let me win. Until next year Gus…

Gus’ last day for a whole month. He will be spending his days on Hawaiian shores. Lucky Dog.

Where did everyone go?  I guess I am the only one at the office, I found out that everyone is taking a break, what about me!  So I’m getting ready to hold down the fort!  Rain gear check!  Snacks check! Breakfast, Lunch, Dinner, Check!  

Now that I think about it this might be a good thing!  Finally some peace and quite, no more Tater, my legs finally get a break from those teeth.  Ay Caramba!
