I don’t know if you know…but Momma and Papa are Korean and Koreans LOVE their Kim Bop! What is Kim Bop you ask. It is like a sushi roll, but everything inside is cooked. Momma always orders the spicy tuna, Uncle Dan the cheese and Auntie Jess likes the plain tuna and kimchee kind. I personally love them all, it’s rice and veggies wrapped in seaweed - what’s not to like except the sweet salty pickled diakon (it’s the yellow veggie on the right…I don’t like the taste, but Gus loves it, so I always leave it for him to eat.) If you get a chance you should definately try it and let me know what you think. I love Emo Kim Bop on 32nd Street.

Hi all! TGIF and Happy start of Summer. I am loving the awesome weather and I love that we have a long weekend. I will be looking forward to sun bathing in the Poconos and hanging out with Uncle John. I hope that the rest of you have a great weekend too. I will report what I did this weekend, next week! Arf!

Sometimes…well ok…ALL THE TIME. Whever I hear footsteps outside of the door, or someone coming in the door, I can not help but bark my lungs out…BUT if I know who it is I can not help but whine and whimper and bark. And for this reason, Momma puts me on her desk and makes me lay right by her. I understand that it’s destracting and can scare our guest and visitors, but I am a DOG, my purpose is to protect those I love and the office, no? I am so torn on why I have to get punished for doing what I do… Do any of you get in trouble for barking and scting nutso when someone’s at the door?

Momma was browsing some sites online and ran across this on marthastewart.com It’s all about American Mutts. Being one myself Maltese and Yorkie mix, I was pretty excited to see what other interesting breeds there are. Last night, I spent the night with Momma at Auntie Jess and Cousin Dan’s place. I played with Mickey and Gus and ran around on the roof this morning. As I was getting ready to leave this morning momma put my harness on me and Gus jumped into my bag…I think he was trying to let Uncle Dan know that he wanted to come too. But he had to stay at home to keep Cousin Mickey company. I hope that maybe later this week he will come into the office and hang out with me. Thanks for walking me to work Uncle Dan!

Everyday, Uncle Dan closes his bedroom door the minute he leaves…but on the off chance that he forgets and leaves the door open, we don’t even for a second hesitate to jump on his low platform bed. Even chubby Cousin Gus has no problem getting up here. We obviously know we are doing something wrong, cause we all stare the the door to make sure he doesn’t come back and scold us! Hee hee.

HI all~ TGIF! And what an AMAZING day it is. I am LOVING the nice weather. Momma and I went to the Dr. this morning. I walked all the way there with her and all the way to the bakery to pick up Uncle Dan’s peanut butter and chocolate cake then all the way to the train station then finally to the office! What a BUSY day it was for me. Boy was I pooped. We celebrated Uncle Dan’s b-day by singing him Happy Birthday and drinking bubbly (sparkling cider for mom)! I ate some of the peanut butter buttercream frosting, boy was it good and boy would Cousin Gus be jealous! I have to see him tonight, so hopefully he will not smell the peanut buttery goodness on my lips! Hope that Uncle Dan has a great 27th year and I hope that the rest of you have a great weekend! As the seasons change and you change your clothes, Momma made a bag change for me. Usually she carries me on her back in a bookbag, but as the weather has gotten nicer or because her belly is getting bigger, she has lightened her load and is carrying me in a tote.

It’s not as comfy as the bookbag where I can stratch out and take a nap, but I do enjoy sticking my head out to see waht’s happening and I like how easy it is to get in and out…and MOST OF ALL, I like being lighter for momma, since her load is getting heavier by the day. Baby brother coutdown begins soon…I can’t wait to meet him, hope he is nice!
